CSA

What is a CSA? It's community supported agriculture. Basically, you are partnering with a local farm to get fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, and meat. The offerings vary from farm to farm and season to season. The beauty of a CSA is you get to know your farmer and you know how and where your food is grown.

We are not doing a Spring CSA. This is because we are constructing high tunnels. They will return in 2015.
Summer CSA
June through September This is a 14 week program.
Fall CSA
September 15th through December 1st
This will be an 11 week program.

We have not yet set pick up sites as we are working on the markets we will participate in this year. We believe they will be the Ooltewah Market, Main Street Farmers Market, and Ringgold Market (provided there is a market)

We are planting a wide verity of vegetables this year. This is not an all inclusive list.
